Why file the Romani Class Action Lawsuit?
As a group pf people that has been wronged, we feel that the out there feel bigger during tough times. When you're just one person who's trying to restore justice to a small group of people, it might appear like an overwhelming task. But one tool at our disposal - the class action lawsuit - is often an effective way to put the legal system back on our side and make things "right" when we can't make them right through any other means.
First step, we all want to be aware of what class actions lawsuits typically represent and try to discern whether or not we've got a case. We have thousands of American Romani that have been wronged by the legal system and/or justice department. We need to bring all of these civil cases to the forefront and have an experience class action lawsuit attorney here each injustice that has been done to our people, and then make a legal assessment on how to proceed with this major lawsuit. We need to keep communication lines open with all of the people involved with this lawsuit as we select a lawyer for representation.
